Job Description

The Imago Furniture team is growing, and we are looking to bring on-board an experienced sales support co-ordinator to join our team based in Fitzrovia, London.

The role is a key part in ensuring we can meet our growth strategy and along with the core furniture
-based role there will be the opportunity to be involved in the Fit-out business also.

If you are experienced within the office furniture industry with the ability to work closely with our partners and a passion to look after our clients, often at pace, then we would love to hear from you.

You will be part of an evolving workplace and with the opportunity to learn and grow with the team. Attention to detail is key along with Excel, PowerPoint and general communication skills.

Experience of the following is preferable:

General Project & Sales Support Related Administration:

o Work closely with sales & management team
o Support the preparation of pitch presentations & documents
o Provide quotations for client enquiries
o Prepare, process & track purchase orders
o Co-ordinate delivery & install (internally & externally)
o Manage online client documents/folders
o Co-ordinate pro-forma invoices with the Finance Team

Logistics

o Co-ordinate delivery & install (internally & externally)
o Co-ordinate sample chairs & finishes for delivery & collection
o Co-ordinate client furniture showroom visits
