Scope: We carried out an extensive dilapidations strip out and updated basebuild mechanical and electrical services before carrying out a full CAT B fit-out.
The brief was to create a flexible and playful environment which would be suited to both small team meetings and larger events, whilst working to a restricted budget. 8,000 sq feet.
